JAMES R. HAWKS, Farmer, Sec. 19, Crane Creek Twp. Was born there in 1858. He is the son of J. J. Hawks; who came to Mason Co. about 1849, and who lived there until his death, in 1902. James R. was married Sept. 24, 1885, to Miss Elizabeth Eaton. P. O. Kilbourne.
